Cacao Calm
- Boil water: Use a kettle to boil water to a boil
- Add tea: Add about 1 tbsp of tea per 6 oz of water. You can decrease or increase amount of tea depending on how strong you want it.
- Pour water: Pour the hot water over the tea leaves to allow the water to circulate through the leaves. You can aim for the back of the glass to create a vortex that helps with extraction and flavor.
- Steep: Steep the tea for the recommended time. About 10 minutes.
- Separate: Remove the infuser or strain the tea leaves from the liquid.
- Serve: Pour the tea into your favorite mug or over ice for iced tea.
