Ingredients: Rooibos, Nettle, Holy Basil, Hibiscus, Dandelion, Lemongrass

-Rooibos (pronounced ROY-boss) tea is a red herbal tea that comes from the fermented leaves of the Aspalathus linearis shrub, a plant native to South Africa. Many people enjoy it as an alternative to green or black tea. Some of the most notable antioxidants in the tea are quercetin and aspalathin. Antioxidants are important for human health because they stop free radicals from damaging cells in the body.

-Nettles are very nourishing and mineralizing. They are rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, protein, and other nutrients. Nettles have anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties making them useful for respiratory allergies and asthma.

-Holy Basil is known as an adaptogen herb, holy basil has several components that may help reduce mental stress that comes from physical, environmental, and emotional triggers. Holy basil may have a direct influence on cortisol hormones that circulate in the blood, helping to balance the adrenal glands and reduce excess cortisol. 

Dandelion is high in micronutrients and phytonutrients like iron, manganese, carotenes, calcium, and potassium, dandelions are also high in inulin. Inulin is a starchy carbohydrate that can help restore healthy gut flora

-Lemongrass has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It has traditionally been used as a pain reliever and fever reducer. Lemongrass contains citral, a natural plant compound with anti-inflammatory effects.
 
-Hibiscus contains many antioxidants, called flavonoids. Hibiscus tea is also extremely high in Vitamin C. Vitamin C plays an important role in the body, helping to facilitate growth, repair tissue, heal wounds, and much more.
