Organic Ingredients: Nettle, Peppermint, Red Raspberry Leaf, Rose Petals, Chamomile, Alfalfa, Dandelion, Catnip, Oatstraw

Before indulging in this nourishing tea, we highly recommend consulting with your doctor or midwife, especially if you have known medical problems or are considered high risk. It's always important to use caution and do your own research before incorporating new products into your pregnancy routine.

Nettle: Is a nourishing herb for the adrenal glands and kidneys, which are often stressed during pregnancy.    Nettle contains Vitamin A, C, E, F, K, Zinc, magnesium, iron, copper, selenium, boron, bromine, chlorophyll, potassium, phosphorus, iodine, chromium, and many of the B Complex Vitamins. It also has more protein than almost any other plant.

Peppermint tea is great for many common ailments associated with pregnancy. Specifically, it’s known as a natural remedy for: curbing nausea and vomiting, easing heartburn, soothing an upset stomach, and reducing headaches.

Red Raspberry Leaf is believed to help shorten labor time, reduce labor pain, and support postpartum recovery. It is rich in vitamin C and E, bioavailable calcium and iron, B vitamins, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, and magnesium.

Rose Petals help improve digestion and soothes cramps. Also, its refreshing taste can help quell any lingering nausea. The mild and pleasing aroma is known to help in lowering anxiety.

Chamomile can help relieve digestive upset, reduce irritability and promote better sleep.

Alfalfa leaves are packed with Vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Many midwives advise drinking alfalfa tea during the last trimester of pregnancy to boost Vitamin K, which helps decrease postpartum bleeding and the chances of hemorrhaging.

Dandelion leaf contains vitamin A, calcium, and iron; nourishes the liver and relieves water retention (mild edema)

Catnip is particularly effective in aiding digestive issues, especially constipation, excess flatulence, cramping, and bloating. Catnip is a carminative, helping to remove air stuck in the intestines by pushing it downwards until it’s expelled from the body. The relaxing, anti-inflammatory effects of Catnip's organic compounds can ease the knots and inflammation of the gastrointestinal system and relieve tightness and discomfort.

Oat Straw is rich in calcium and magnesium to help relieve anxiety, restlessness and skin irritations.
