Ingredients: Marshmallow Root, Licorice Root, Fennel Seeds, Wild Cherry Bark, Echinacea, Cinnamon, Orange Peel

-Marshmallow Root offers a protective, antioxidant-rich film that coats inflamed mucosa (the inner lining of the nose, throat, and lungs), soothes irritation, and helps relieve coughs. This film protects the respiratory tract, promoting faster symptom relief and healing.

-Licorice root can help a sore throat or cough immensely as an effective expectorant, helping to loosen and expel mucus that the cough is trying to eliminate. Its soothing demulcent, anti-inflammatory properties can bring fast relief for sore throat.

-Fennel seeds are known to have properties that help soothe the throat affected by cough and cold. Fennel comprises elements that help treat ailments like mucosa by causing a cooling effect on the vocal tissues, thereby calming the throat.

-Wild cherry bark is most widely known as a cough suppressant; it contains the constituent amygdalin which is widely used to assuage coughing through inhibiting the cough reflex. The constituents in wild cherry bark help to reduce inflammation, relieve spasms in smooth muscles, and act as an astringent to tissues.

-Cinnamon can do wonders to heal your sore throat. It may help fight throat pain and infection due to a cold or flu. Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

-Echinacea can help shorten the duration of the common cold and flu, and reduce symptoms, such as sore throat, cough, and fever. Many herbalists also recommend echinacea to help boost the immune system and help the body fight infections.

-Orange Peels contain a high amount of Vitamin C which is known for its immune-boosting properties, helping your body ward off illnesses, and reducing the severity of colds and flu.
