-Hibiscus contains many antioxidants, called flavonoids. Hibiscus tea is also extremely high in Vitamin C. Vitamin C plays an important role in the body, helping to facilitate growth, repair tissue, heal wounds, and much more.  

 

-Rose Hips vitamin C content has  been shown to exceed that of lemons by as much as 20 times. In addition, rose hip contains vitamin A and B, as well as minerals and trace elements such as zinc and copper. It also contains the red plant pigment lycopene.     • Boil water: Use a kettle to boil water to a boil
    • Add tea: Add about 1 tbsp of tea per 6 oz of water. You can decrease or increase amount of tea depending on how strong you want it. 
    • Pour water: Pour the hot water over the tea leaves to allow the water to circulate through the leaves. You can aim for the back of the glass to create a vortex that helps with extraction and flavor. 
    • Steep: Steep the tea for the recommended time.  About 10 minutes. 
    • Separate: Remove the infuser or strain the tea leaves from the liquid. 
    • Serve: Pour the tea into your favorite mug or over ice for iced tea.
